Skotskej hlas moderního jazzu poprvý v Praze!
Skotskej skladatel, producent a multiinstrumentalista Liam Shortall alias corto.alto přináší fresh mix jazzu, elektroniky, break beatu a basovýho dubu. Jeho debutový album Bad With Names bylo nominovaný na Mercury Prize, vyhrálo Album roku na Scottish Jazz Awards a získalo ocenění Act Of The Year na Jazz FM Awards vedle jmen jako Ezra Collective či Nubya Garcia.
Po vyprodaný tour a úspěchu na festivalech jako Montreux, North Sea nebo We Out Here míří corto.alto letos i na legendární pódia Glastonbury a Latitude. V červnu 2024 vydal projekt 30/108 – 30 tracků za 30 dní – a letos míří i do USA a na velký evropský stage.
Už 1. 11. se představí i v pražským Café V lese!

The Scottish voice of modern jazz comes to Prague for the first time!
Scottish composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Liam Shortall, aka corto.alto, brings a fresh mix of jazz, electronica, breakbeat, and bass dub. His debut album Bad With Names was nominated for the Mercury Prize, won Album of the Year at the Scottish Jazz Awards, and received the Act Of The Year award at the Jazz FM Awards alongside names such as Ezra Collective and Nubya Garcia.
After a sold-out tour and success at festivals such as Montreux, North Sea, and We Out Here, corto.alto is heading to the legendary stages of Glastonbury and Latitude this year. In June 2024, he released the project 30/108 – 30 tracks in 30 days – and this year he is also heading to the US and major European stages.
On November 1, he will also perform at Café V lese in Prague!
